The Pearle Beach Resort Hotel, recently rebuilt, is situated in the West of Mauritius on the white sands of Wolmar, next to the filao tree studded public beach. As its prominent white building with the blue roof stretches along the beach, almost all of its rooms offer pool and Ocean views.
The rooms are spacious and airy are furnished in a contemporary island style; offering all the amenities with either twin or double queen-sized beds. They are kept in soft hues, each with daybed, flat screen satellite TV with international channels, mini bar, tea- and coffee maker, safe, shower and toilet, hairdryer, individual air conditioning and direct dial telephone. The bathrooms are separated from the bedroom by charming wooden shutters, adding a rustic but charming note to the interior. All rooms provide space for 2 adults, with baby cots available and a sofa bed for a child or an additional guest.
The main restaurant “Blues” features ample buffet breakfasts, light and a la carte lunches, island style “ table d’hôte” as well as grilled or buffet dinners in a relaxed atmosphere with sunset views over the Ocean. During the day, snacks and drinks can be enjoyed at the pool bar. A fully equipped conference room hosts business and private events and can also be booked for large dinners or parties.
The hotel furthermore offers a wide range of sports activities, some for an additional fee, some complimentary.
As the construction of the actual spa building is still under way, massages and treatments are offered in the Spa pavilion by the beach. Guests may also have treatments in their rooms.
Further services offered by the hotel include free tea and coffee in the rooms, foreign money exchange, 24 h medical assistance, late departures shower room, hotel shop.
The Maradiva Spa features a range of Western and Indian treatments, hydrotherapy, Hammam, yoga lessons, meditation sessions at the pavilion and a range of beauty treatments.
